Why Errand Girl?

Sometimes you just need a reliable person there to handle the little things—the forgotten things, and the things no one saw coming.

I started Errand Girl Events after my own wedding and years of hosting gatherings, where I kept noticing the same gap. Not everyone needs a full planner or a traditional coordinator. And even when they have one, there are always loose ends—small but important tasks that fall outside the usual scope.

That gap is where I come in.

Errand Girl Events is designed for the in-between—for when you need an extra set of hands to keep things moving the day of your event. I’m there to step in, take things off your plate, and handle whatever needs handling so you can stay present.

Weddings, dinner parties, bachelorette weekends, bridal showers, vacation home stays, and any gathering where you want things to feel seamless without doing it all yourself.

Think of me as your on-the-ground support—part helper, part runner, part problem-solver.

Sample Task List

Running out for coffee, pastries, groceries, or a last-minute lunch

Going back for the phone, charger, jacket, shoes—or anything someone forgot

Making sure the host or bride has eaten, has water, and isn’t doing everything themselves

Restocking drinks, ice, and snacks

Band-aids, bobby pins, safety pins, sunscreen, bug spray, stain remover—whatever’s needed, when it’s needed

Setting things out, refreshing spaces, clearing what’s piling up, keeping things feeling put together

Moving bags, boxes, groceries, welcome items, or supplies from place to place

Running between the house, the store, and wherever else something needs to be

Dropping something off to a guest, a neighbor, or someone who forgot it

Checking in on people—grabbing a sweater if someone’s cold, helping older guests get settled, making sure everyone’s comfortable

Snapping group photos so no one gets left out
